As the former executive director of a employee benefits association, John has extensive experience in helping Federal Employees understand and utilize their pre and post-retirement benefits.

John's affiliations include the Maryland Association of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and the Anne Arundel County Collaborative Professionals. John is also a member and served on the Board of the Howard County Collaborative Professionals and the Maryland Collaborative Practice Council. He is a Peer Counselor for the National Family Resiliency Center, has taken 40 hours of Mediation training, and was certified as a Collaborative Divorce Professional in 2005.
